Grapefruit, Bergamot, & Rose Linen Spray Recipe

One of my favorite ways to use infuse my home with essential oils is to make deliciously fragrant linen sprays that make me feel happy inside when I use them. I like linen sprays that have bright undertones that are full-bodied and juicy with light floral overtones to round things off.

When I came across the grapefruit, bergamot, and rose combination, I was absolutely hooked and the linen spray I use it for finds its way on every cushioned surface in my house.

The oils just have a liveliness to them that gives you energy yet also relaxes the mind. It's almost like your heart is just bursting with good feelings, compassion, kindness, and just an immense amount of self-love. It's sort of hard to describe how much of an emotional hug I get from using this combination of essential oils.

I know you're going to love it!

Grapefruit, Bergamot, and Rose Linen Spray Recipe

On my journey to healing myself on a more emotional level, I've turned to essential oils to help mitigate negativity, encourage internal peace, and open my heart to new possibilities. It hasn't been easy unraveling the feelings I harbor about certain things or people in my life, but I'm getting there. I'm slowly getting to a place of self-love where my mind can focus on the good things in life.

One of my favorite ways to use essential oils for boosting emotional healing is by making room and linen sprays that I can use to douse the house in.

They're easy to make and last much longer than diffusing them which is why I will often use this method instead of others. Plus, it's a cheaper way to extend your oils.

Here's what you need to make this delicious linen spray recipe:

• A 16 oz spray bottle
• 40 drops grapefruit essential oil - bright and fresh! Uplifts emotions and promote feelings of happiness and positivity
• 50 drops FCF bergamot essential oil - comforting and calming, this oil encourages a positive outlook on life
• 10 drops rose otto essential oil - resonates deeply with the heart chakra and fills you with compassion, kindness, and unconditional love
• 2TB vodka or witch hazel
• Distilled water

You can also use diluted rose otto essential oil in this recipe, just double the drops.

Loving Preparation - Linen Spray Recipe

1. Add the essential oils to the 16 oz spray bottle.
2. Next, add the vodka/witch hazel and swirl to combine.
3. Fill the bottle to the shoulder with distilled water.
4. Shake well before use.

To Use

Shake well and spray linens, bedsheets, throws, pillows, rugs, carpets, cushions, and bath towels with an even mist and enjoy the bright and slightly floral scent of this amazing linen spray.
