Essential Oil Quick Usage Guide - Abuse (emotional, mental, and physical)

Abuse, no matter the source, can leave us feeling alone, unprotected, vulnerable, and exposed. No form of abuse is acceptable, so if you’re a victim and feel trapped, I implore you to seek help and support whether that be from friends, family, a coworker or calling a helpline.

Obviously, some situations are more complex, but there is never a reason too great that should prevent you from seeking change. This can be looking for a new job if your boss is verbally abusive, escaping a toxic relationship, or seeking help in order to prevent self-harm.

Essential Oils for Abuse (emotional, mental, and physical)

Abuse, whether it be emotional, mental, or physical, can result in self-deprecating and self-destructive behavior.

Essential oils can have been proven to have a powerful effect on the limbic system of the brain (where memories and emotions are stored). This is especially helpful in times of abuse so that you can release pent-up trauma, memories, or emotions. Essential oils can also help give you a sense of strength when you need it most, instill hope, encourage self-love, and give you an emotional stronghold to stand steadfast against your source of abuse.

Use them in combination with making a positive change in your life.

Some of the best essential oils for abuse include:

– Geranium
– Lavender
– Melissa
– Rose
– Sandalwood
– Spruce (black)
– Ylang ylang

These oils can be applied topically 2-3x daily (diluted) or diffused as needed.

I’m not getting the names of the essential oils for any of these recommended blends, just : – 1 drop (without the name of the oil). Really wanted to learn about these recipes/blends. Could you e-mail me?

    Thank you.
